Just to add some information which is in the video, but wanted to restate: The vendor in question pulled these from their site.

Please don't bag on the vendor. They identified the problem, pulled the product, and made it public.

I have heard that they are counterfeited from time to time. However most people source their AWs from the same guy in China- who is either close to or actually the manufacturer.

I have not gotten an example of one. So I have no idea what to look for. However, I've never heard of Lighthound selling rebrands- but I'm not a battery supply expert either.
