Beware of Everzon

Attention, do not buy on the Everzon site, they are scammers, I spent 120.00 plus the surcharge for shipping with DHL express! A day goes by and nothing no confirmation email or traceability, I thought saw and considered that it is New Year the site is offline, okay, it arrives day two with a confirmation and a code Traceability, I put it on the site and nothing appeared, day 3 I update the DHL website and the message appears "the label has been created we are waiting for the delivery of the package" Day 5 the story does not change, same writing on DHL, so I decide to write to the French DHL website to find out more who confirm the message, saying "if the sender does not deliver the package to us, we cannot send it to him" (how to blame him) Day 6-7-8-9-10 I repeatedly contact Everzon's customer service and I take the piss off saying it's DHL's fault for not updating the page. I personally have always had An excellent experience with DHL in whatever state I was. From today or started writing that I want my refund and that I don't want the package anymore, I'm waiting for developments DO NOT buy FROM EVERZON !!!

Sono truffatori, che prendono in giro le persone, se non c'è niente di sbagliato, dimmi? Are they scammers, who make fun of people, if that's nothing wrong, tell me? Let's get rich and scammers and maybe she is even a fake account

    I've made many many purchases with Everzon without a problem at all. If you have an issue just get a refund:)

    What is happening here is that the package was shipped by Everzon using a shipping agent/broker. The package in the hands of the shipping agent/broker. This is how all Chinese vaping retailers operate.

    The package is not yet in DHL's possession. Once the package is in DHL's possession the tracking information will reflect that. It may not be until the packages arrive in France until see any change in the tracking information.

    Keep in mind that shipping systems around the world are experiencing problems, so be patient.

    The fact that DHL website recognizes the tracking # means that a label was in fact created and most likely your package is in the hands of a shipping agent/broker. This is no reason for concern. Just wait until DHL finally receives the package (in China or in France).

    Relax, be patient, relax.

    You are worrying about nothing.

    sorry you had a bad experience but yeah like Daniel
    I've bought many of things from them over many of years....
    not to say you aren't having an issue but as stated almost all shipping companies are having issues these days and it sucks....

    word of advice though, when buying from a company in china, wait 20 days....

    Please stop posting in French or french-english combinations.

    If you paid with Paypal or directly with a credit card, you are protected if Everzon is trying to scam you. If they cannot provide a tracking # that proves delivery to you, you WILL get your money back.

    And relax!

    Suppliers can not respond here in New Members.

    Site rules specify English only except in the International forums. Please keep your posts in English only.

    If you come on board and disparage a company, be prepared to have members challenge, especially if they order regularly from the company in question.
