I've never ordered from Everzon but know plenty of people who have and it is a reputable Chinese vendor. Like all Chinese sites, you have to be patient when ordering from them. Even during the best of times it can take weeks, and these are not the best of times. Try using 17track to see if your item has been shipped. It is an all-in-one tracking site. It will let you know if your item has been shipped and where from, but you won't get any further updates until it is handed off to DHL. That is the nature of buying from China. We all have learned to deal with it and laugh about it.

I ordered from Everzon about 2 months ago. They created the label but the item took a while to ship.. I grew impatient and disputed via PayPal. Everzon's customer service rep contacted me via PayPal and apologized, said they were waiting for the item to be shipped from China. I immediately cancelled the dispute with PayPal and my item was delivered 8 days later. It was my very first order with Everzon and I really wasn't aware that the items were sent over from China, my fault for not knowing. I would feel totally comfortable, and be more patient, ordering from Everzon again.

[/ QUOTE]
You have been of great help unlike other people who have commented protecting the company in question, without giving an explanation of why the company behaved this way, I thought They were shipped from European warehouses

I'm sorry but logically how do you think that an item from china will be delivered within 3 -5 business days anywhere outside of china?

and this is why I do not pay for expedited shipping....anything coming from china takes time...time to leave china, time to cross oceans, time to get to customs, time for customs to release it, time for it to cross country to it's final destination....

now once it passes your local customs it may be 3 - 5 days when you receive it (as per dhl) but before then it takes time to get from china to where ever it is going...

 don't ever order from fasttech  it will take a minimum of a month (sometimes 3)

maybe you didn't realize when you made your order, I don't know, that it was coming from china.....

now as for everzon's customer service, I can not say anything....that is hit and miss with almost every company (esp those in china) sometimes you get good customer service, mostly you get bad....one reason I don't buy from sourcemore anymore unless it's a heck of a deal that I don't mind possibly losing money on because the last 2 times I had to deal with their customer service was a joke and I'm now the proud owner of a $50 paperweight....

but as for the issue with shipping, give it time....also check a chinese tracking company with your tracking number because before it reaches dhl it is being shipped by a local chinese company to dhl...which again, takes time...

    ¯\_(ツ)_/¯
DHL has speedy services like overnight and such, but DHL Ecommerce is not a speedy service, in fact, DHL Ecommerce is their slowest service, at least that is the way it is in the USA. And it gets handed off to the postal service for delivery. That hand-off alone can take as long as 10 business days!!!! In the USA, DHL Ecommerce still take a while and is only SLIGHTLY faster than Epacket (but more reliable).

If you want 3-5 day shipping from DHL to USA, you'll have to pay out the nose for that.

So tell me, how much did you pay for DHL Ecommerce shipping From China to France??

Uhoh. I just placed an order from Fasttech. I hope I don’t get burned- AGAIN. My last order, I got a clone Juggerknot mini which had a short and never worked. I wrote their customer service and sent them pictures of my mod saying there was a short and asked for a refund. They wrote back that for a refund, they would need a video of the mod with an error then try another rba. I thought that this was going to be tedious and I never made the video. I was out $15. Despite that, two months later, I placed another order. Do you think I should readdress the last order with the DOA rba? I do feel cheated of $15.

Send them another reply and tell them that you don't feel safe operating a mod with a short in it and can't make a video. Then say that you will make a dispute against them through PayPal if they don't resolve the problem:thumb:

like daniel said I'd just tell them I don't feel safe using it...and then yeah mention disputing the charge and I would go ahead and dispute it with paypal
I know I received a tank that was already cracked and emailed them they then asked for pics, which I sent and they refunded me.
or ask for a replacement and offer to send it back to them if they pay for the shipping....

There is a word that Chinese vape retailers hate. It makes them jump and do the right thing. That word is "chargeback". When you learn how to deal with Chinese retailers, life is good. It's not the same as dealing with western retailers. Another good tip is to keep your messages and responses to them them short and sweet and too the point using very simple English.

That said, if you don't have a smartphone (like me) it's worth buying a cheap/used digital camera that allows you take short videos or even a cheap/used digital "camcorder". However, for an issue like this, they should not need a video, pictures of your mod shorting on 2 or more mods should suffice.

Attention, do not buy on the Everzon site, they are scammers, I spent 120.00 plus the surcharge for shipping with DHL express! A day goes by and nothing no confirmation email or traceability, I thought saw and considered that it is New Year the site is offline, okay, it arrives day two with a confirmation and a code Traceability, I put it on the site and nothing appeared, day 3 I update the DHL website and the message appears "the label has been created we are waiting for the delivery of the package" Day 5 the story does not change, same writing on DHL, so I decide to write to the French DHL website to find out more who confirm the message, saying "if the sender does not deliver the package to us, we cannot send it to him" (how to blame him) Day 6-7-8-9-10 I repeatedly contact Everzon's customer service and I take the piss off saying it's DHL's fault for not updating the page. I personally have always had An excellent experience with DHL in whatever state I was. From today or started writing that I want my refund and that I don't want the package anymore, I'm waiting for developments DO NOT BUY FROM EVERZON !!!
As others have said, try to calm down a bit. No offense, but it's clear you have no experience ordering from China :)

Some tips. These go for pretty much all Chinese sites and some have probably already been covered.

Always make sure the item you want is in stock and shipping now. If it says shipping such and such a date, they will hold the whole order waiting for the item/s that are not in stock yet, and it will ALWAYS take longer than that date.

They do massive volume over there. Whatever the reason there is a delay in shipping your package, it's not that they picked out YOUR package to sit on just to aggravate you.

Usually they'll ship within a few days. Once it leaves their hands, all bets are off as to what happens next. It may get to you in 10 days to 2 weeks, OR... it may take up to a few months with 2 to 4 weeks being average.

The tracking number they give you may show up on 17track, 4PX, China Post or none at all until it gets over here, but usually you'll get something somewhere, with 17track being the one most likely.

Along those same lines, once you have the number it may take days for any of the trackers to show any sign of your package. OR it may show up right away, but not on the usps site except to say a number has been received by them. 17track will usually show you progress over there, with DAYS (or longer) in between updates.

Depending on how it was shipped, you may never get updates on the usps site with 17track following it to your door.

It may be handed off to a few shipping companies along the way, which does not make any of this any easier.

I have ordered several dozen times from a few dozen different Chinese shops (including Everzon) and everything has always eventually gotten here.

For the past several months DHL guarantees nothing in the speed of your order getting to you. It'll generally be faster, but could still take a couple weeks. (ask me how I know :) )

And now the rule of all rules about ordering from China. The savings are fantastic...but...

NEVER ORDER ANYTHING FROM CHINA YOU NEED IN A HURRY.
