Problem with Healthcabin

Hi,

I just want to post this thread so you can know how healtcabin works...

29.09.2012. I order few items (KR808D battery, chargers, etc)...

After 1 month I got msg that my package was returned to Healcabin cause of custom inspection etc...

We arranged shippment with DHL and that cost me 25 USD...

Shippment arrived in few days to my capital city and the problem was that I coud only get packet trough company, as custom officer told me. I don't have company and it's lot of paper work for just 80 usd (package value). So I arrange with DHL that they return the packet to Healtcabin.

They got the package on 20.11.2012., but only when i sent msg after a few days they confirm that info. So I ask them how would we solve that problem, and ask them full refund, or credit to buy smth else, but no answer for 2 days....

I will not buy nothing from Healcabin again, and for you guys be carefull with this seller...

health cabin is a VERY respectable vendor. Looks like you just signed up here to bash them for your bad experience that has nothing to do with them (they sent you what you paid for) but with the shipping company. I suggest you submit another ticket with them and be patient as you are not their only customer. Tickets take about 2 days to get a response from. More patience and less trolling.

ive never had a problem tim has always been on the up and up i think the problem is with shipping ie customs hope it gets sorted out soon

I just received my 1st order from them (Literally!) in 5 days here in the States. Croatia is not listed for shipping purposes on their site. It's one of the locations where you need to contact them before shipping is done.

Update: I have been contacted by the OP and notified that HC has refunded him in full. He could not post this because he doesn't yet have 5 posts.
