I placed an order Friday. My husband had a fit, stating he never did get the $30 refund and that V2 was a pack of thieves and why did I place an order. I thought the refund had been processed.
I contacted V2, they stated I had store credit which was used. I was issued $26 in store credit a month before I was told I would get a refund. They tried to give the $30 in the form of store credit, (haha, what are you going to do with $56 store credit if there is no product?) when we pointed this out Tiffany agreed to issue a $30 refund.
I work part time in the media, and my father has a television station. I feel like a story needs to be done about how amazing vaping is, but how to avoid falling in for marketing blitzes, and shady merchants....such as "free trials" and V2.

--I should have left well enough alone. It has been a nightmare with this company for months now. I ordered in October and still do not have what was promised. I WILL say that the product I did receive was good (except for the passthrough which crapped out).
