I've had so many frustrations since I started vaping almost two months ago. I have a Sidesho right now, and have had my issues with it. I'm planning on getting an Infinity Pro once it's released, but my big problem now is with cartos. I ordered 10 Boge 2.0ohm cartos from Goodprophets (nothing against them, they're a great vendor). And these things are ridiculous! They absolutely will not absorb liquid. Don't bother with suggestions; I've tried every method possible. These things are packed so tight that I can't even puncture the material with a 20 gauge needle.

What I need is something that is going to work properly. All I want is a carto that will absorb my liquid and produce vapor. Is that really so much to freaking ask?! Seriously?!

And I can't just run out and try ever carto there is. I'm a poor college student. I need something that just works. I've spent countless hours researching different cartos, but I need help from people that know. I need suggests for cartos/clearos that will, in the very least, absorb the liquid and produce vapor. I can't keep wasting money like this. I'm at the point where I have to start selling things to buy new ecig stuff to experiment with and it pisses the .... out of me!

If I can't figure this out soon, I'm gonna have to go back to analogs.

And please don't suggest atty dripping. Attys last me a week max and I can't drip while driving or out and about. They're not practical or cost effective for me.

I was thinking of trying the fluxomizers from Gotvapes. Those seem to be my best option right now, but I don't know... I've hit a brick wall at this point. vaping is no longer pleasurable for me, or even practical.

Here's the thread about my issues with the Boge's: http://www.e-cigarette-forum.com/fo...72-why-do-boge-510-cartos-hate-my-juices.html If you read this, you'll also see that I'm not the only one with this issue. Someone is even having issues with Joye cartos now too, so I don't know what to try next...

Contact me via PM.
Maybe I can put together a sample box of things to try for you.

I have a few favorites, but you might think they stink. It's all subjective really.

Bud Sapphire
Vision Deux

I still like the CE2 as well...they just need some tools to get liquid in them, but to me the vape is on with them.

Plain ole 801 atomizer with its native cartridge (will probably need some sort of adapter to your battery type). I also like these for dripping.

Any of those above will last a good long while for me and I enjoy the way they work. I have Variable Power (Darwin) batteries, so I can keep adding heat as they age and I don't really worry much about trying to clean them or anything. They all can be cleaned to milk extra life from them if you have a fixed lower voltage PV and want to stretch their lifespan out a bit.

And for some things, a bog standard el-cheapo horizontal coil KR808-D1 carto. I usually get preloaded ones with a plain low nic tobacco flavor and then reload them with my own flavors (unless I have a juice that really really needs a blank carto to begin with).

Sorry to hear your frustrations. I have tried cartos but use carts now. I find refilling carts very straight forward, haven't tried traveling with them. There is a 1 ml cart that might last a little longer BreezEsmokes - Premium Electronic Cigarettes, but you would have to deal with cleaning attys and you didn't like that. Just trying to help. Hope you get over the current hump. :)

I feel your pain completely ipetbumblebees. When i first started vaping I used Boge LR's for the most part and enjoyed them pretty good. Since around late July every Boge I've gotten from various vendors has sucked. Juice just doesn't want to wick properly. At first I thought it was my Juice, but it didn't seem any different or thicker. I've been on the hunt for a replacement of the Boge carto's as well.

I wish I could be happy with a cisco 306 or a IKV 510 that so many people seem to love, but I just don't like atties. They all seem to leak one way or another. Its probably me, or the way i'm using them, but for the past 9 months carto's have kept of off Cigs. I have had success with the 801 Fusion carto's from ikenvape, I don't think there perfect but they do work pretty well, and the QC seems pretty good. Out of the 15 or so I've tried I haven't had any DOA or prematurely fail. I've tried DC's and while they do give off good vapor/flavor/TH I feel like the quality control of anything smoktek isn't that great.

I honestly want to get away from filler carto's all together. I'll be trying out the new CE2 deluxes from gotvapes as well. I'm hoping with some modding they will work better, or at-least work compared to the crap ce2s i tried 7 months ago.

I probably haven't been any help , but just know ipetbumblebees I've been there several times. Vaping almost seems like more money and work than its worth sometimes. But I still enjoy it, and I hope you can find something that works for you.

So you've been having problems with the new deluxe ce2's from gotvapes? What specific issues are you having?

ipetbumblebees, I posted on your last thread that I got fed up with the boges I'd gotten and thats why I bought the CE2s from gotvapes. For the most part I love them, they do leak (for me) if left on their side more than 30 seconds but I've worked around that by just making sure they're upright so traveling with them is a bit of a hassle. The vape is far superior IMO to cartos though, I don't think you'll be disappointed.
edited to add - Just wanted to say that I seem to be one of the few that have issues with the leaking so it may be something I'm doing wrong when I am "tweaking" them.

Thanks! I'm definitely gonna give them a shot. Of course, first I need money...

I haven't tried the new revision of CE2 that gotvapes is selling. The Deluxe Flux blah blah. I ordered some yesterday though, looking forward to trying them out. My bad experience was with the first 2 revisions of CE2's that came out 8 or so months ago. Basically they just wouldn't wick worth a crap. But from my understanding a lot has changed with the CE2, the tubing, wick type, cup size, and other things. So I'm going to give them another try.

Oh, okay. So maybe they will be worth giving a try...

Yes I use these exclusively, make sure you get the right ohm's for your device. Mine are kr808 batts so it's 2.6-2.8 for me but they have different one's for higher /variable volt mods. I have only had 1 leak on me and it was after being cleaned a couple times. (i may have loosened something in the process) They are thinking of putting together a sample pack with different ohm's for people who aren't sure which to use, but if you can try one from someone ahead of time that would be good. I have a regular size one with a 510 threading (probably 2.6-2.8) I got as a freeb from them I can send you to try if you pm me your addy as well. Also if you need a syringe to fill it let me know I can send that too. It needs a blunt tip needle.

Holy hell, I just opened another one of the Boge's and it took the juice right away! I got about 18 drops in it! At least I can enjoy my vapor room Peanut Butter Cookie goodness :D

I'm loving CCV (Crystal Clear Vaping) for cartos at the moment. Mostly because I have yet to receive a crappy one from them, but also because Andrew guarantees everything he sells, even cartos. That and the 1.7 Ressurectors are sweet as hell.

Oh and he's in Illinois.

P.S.

With your existing vertical coil cartos....
If they don't like to suck up your juice try this:

Drop the whole darn thing down in the e-liquid if your bottle is big enough.
Let it soak for a long time.
Pull it out and blow the excess liquid back in the bottle.
Wipe it off good.......

You can also check out the fillinator method of filling cartos if you wanna get fancy with it.
http://www.e-cigarette-forum.com/forum/general-e-smoking-discussion/200782-cartomizerfillinator.html

Hopefully from then on it'll take your few drops at a time easy peasy.

I'm really curious about these, but I'm worried that 1.7ohm cartos will blow up my Sidesho batteries... Any opinions?
