I was wondering if anyone had issues with his/her button feeling "funky"?

Have you taken it apart and cleaned it? If not, you may need to clean it, take it apart and clean it good with hot soapy water. Clean the spring/magnets too. DRY EVERYTHING!! Then put it back together! See if that works for ya

If in "funky", you mean it moves a bit more than other switches ... yes. I find that mine feels funky when the lock
ring isn't completely up or down. With the lock ring tight it feels fine. I only see this on my Sage. The Neptune and Beacon
(same switch?) don't feel this way.
These are pressed fit switches, and taking them apart may damage them. If it's something you feel needs replacing,
contact them. BV has excellent
customer service.
