On the underside of the cap, it is a bit tricky with the magnets protruding out like they do. Best to keep this area clean and dry at all times. If oxidation is allowed to build up, you have to take a bit of Scotch Brite or fine sandpaper and remove it. Once removed, it's best to apply De-Ox-It or No-Ox-Id, and massage it in. This'll help keep it at bay.

And if you want low maintenance around the magnets, titanium or stainless is the way to goNo brass, buddy. I have titanium and stainless, tho.

Nah, it was close to 60°F this afternoon. A bit windy though. Should be 5°F warmer tomorrow, but it's downhill for a while after that.Nice picher, Ross!

So I'd rather be in FL, but that's not feasible right now.
Floridians are like that too. Guess that proves I'm not one, at least not yet.
I'll be headed back to PA this weekend, where the forecast has the temperatures continuously below freezing for several days and 3-5" of snow due on Tuesday.

The ADIRONDACKS are warm - relatively speaking - and we've got -8 in the forecast. Warm! (for this time of year)
Furthermore - we have 3-5 inches in the forecast for Friday, and I hope we get it. It has been unskiiable for over 2 weeks and I am looking forward to the full moon ski party on Saturday night at the x-country ski center (conditions permitting).
Our economy has taken a plunge over the last 2 weeks as a result of warm weather. We alone (my resort) have had many cancellations due to warm weather and lack of snow.
The weather SUCKS!
