With the coil up so high do you need to squonk harder & more often to get the juice up to the coil or is the juice that's soaked up by the wicking ample to produce nice vape? I use ReadyXwick and wondering if I need to make the wick longer to sit on the deck to soak up juice. It's not as "fluffy" as cotton wicking, more like a garden hose. I've always pondered trying a turbo coil setup.![]()
Well, with rayon I haven't had any issues with wicking. The tails on the deck soak up the juice and it travels up to the coil. I've never used RxW, but like you, I'm thinking the wick would probably have to be a little longer to contact the deck to allow it soak up the joose.
Congratulations and welcome to the CC ownership family! If you have some no-ox-id or deoxit, put it where the cap meets the body and on the magnets. It will help a lot to keeping it clean![]()
Thanks for the tip! I have plenty of deoxit, so I'll start doing that.
And thanks for the warm welcome, everybody
