Cannot get away from the Dark Horses - it's a greed thing. Dual Claptons, rxw, would never fit in a tiny atty like a derringer or a stumpy.

I have all the cap and tip options for my Derringer. Gonna try them all and see what I like best. Think brass cap with black tip, or black cap with brass tip

I'm slated for an aluminum CC. But after reading all of these post and seeing all these brass beauty's. I'm going to switch to a brassy for my first CC, if that's fine with you.

I was told eta would be sometime in July. That was before this astonishing pace! Do you think you could give me a new eta.

Brass? No problem. I've just updated the spreadsheet.

There have been a whole lot of folks wanting to push theirs back, with Christmas coming and all... so it's really hard to predict exactly when you'll be up. Safe to say late December/early January. Best guess...

Hotsauc, you'll be quite happy choosing brass. I originally wanted aluminum, and I also switched to brass. Was a great choice in my opinion. I freaking LOVE IT

To anyone who is waiting with your turn coming up soon and has concerns over Christmas expenses:

Just a reminder, while we're on the subject,.... I won't expect anyone to take delivery of a mod, if they're not ready for it. This accelerated schedule has already caught a few people off guard, and we've had to push some back. No worries, though.... It just means a few people, who are ready, will get theirs even sooner, and the ones that need to wait until closer to the date we originally discussed, will still get theirs on time.

I can only describe the event as something bizarre that only a sloth could accomplish...

Be sure and check your battery. It is quite possible that one end has a bad dent in it now and if so I would take it out of use to be on the safe side.
