Thanks everyone! I was telling CC the other day that it was my two-year, then I looked at my counter this morning:D! I've quit smoking twice for three years each before, using medication, so with vaping...third time's a charm?!

@RGLP4Lyfe and @penguiness , I'll be emailing Tom as soon as I post this. Thank you!

@rudy4653 C4 is male, a rugged guy:cool:! BrassC is female, an elegant lady:wub:!

Okay, "She ain't heavy, she's my ample sister"!:)

Why are people still buying batteries other than hg2's? They're the best just stick to them! :D

And a CC does not go global until hits greece
A lot of us are going to HG2's it seems. I have 4 of them, just put one in my new BrassC:D
I have 25R5's in my 6061 CC, and they are solid batteries too.

I received my 4 hg2's today and they're in the charger. I have vtc5 and 25 r and 20 r. The vtc5 are better but they are all old.

How's the button throw, Dawg??? :D
Button throw is perfect, with an o-ring on it!! Having no issues with an HG2. I used one of the O-rings that I believe you intend for use under the atty, it shortens the throw just a tad.
Come to think of it, I've never tried it without an o-ring on the button! I like the short throw, almost like a touch sensor.

After having Gilgamesh for 6 days now, and after having had some tragic drops, skids, and dog attacks...and after having done some inconceivably stupid things that haven't even been mentioned publicly...I have a few more words to say, about these here mods.

This is by far, without a doubt, the easiest mod to work on I've ever owned. What I mean is that it is so easy to take apart, clean, and fix things on the off-chance you're dumb enough to actually make something not work as it should :), that it is in fact by FAR the easiest mod to work on I've owned.

Also, Corey's customer service is beyond. Just "beyond."

Like, ridiculous. He is so responsive, clear and helpful.

Between both of these facts, I have never felt as "comfortable" with a mod, ever.

If you're not on the list yet, get on it :w00t:

Brother sloth speaks words of wisdom! I went home at lunch, opened up BrassC, swapped the button, adjusted the 510, slapped an atty on and boom! In service in just a matter of minutes.

The hardest thing about the CC is putting it down. Now I have two. Going to be hard to drive with a CC in each hand:lol::lol:

Corey, just a thought I had, something to consider...

If not too much trouble, what if you posted the ECF names in your post, along with the group photo?
I don't mean put the full names in the photo, but in the body of the post.
I don't recognize a lot of the initials lately, would be nice to see who's receiving next!
Or, maybe it's just not that much of my damn business!:p:cool:

A lot of the mods going through these days, are folks that have contacted me through email. So,... no usernames,... only real names... I wouldn't feel right posting people's names. Plus, most wouldn't recognize the name anyway. :)

Also, some folks are members here, but don't post in the thread. That makes me think they don' want their business out there....;)

I just figure that the initials are for the owner of the mod to know which one is theirs, so they can follow the progress. It does make me happy, :) , when they chime in and claim it, though. :thumb:
