Glad you got it figured out, my friend. Though, this is the first I've heard of juice being pushed out around the pin.

I really do think I was just squonking to hard Corey. I did notice though that the juice didn't seem to be completely draining back into the bottle after I'd squonked but after removing the tube and doing some test runs with water then getting it all set back up with juice again it's draining fine. Maybe one of my mighty squonks created some kind of back up/pressure problem with this particular type of bottle.
possible a little too much cotton around the squonk hole in the atty? softer bottles will have less "return suction" and are easier to block the return with a bit of wick over the squonk hole

Also, if the threads aren't seated properly, I could see this happening.
Just so everyone knows, I do the priming thing to seat the threads, that Antonio recommends, to each bottle before shipping.

Turbo, I never thought to check my wicking around the squonk hole. That may have been it all along, I assumed it was the tube and never even looked inside my atty until after the wick was removed for the water testing.

That still doesn't explain juice around the tube though, does it (I know I had the same problem, but mine was due to a bad washer in one of D_J's adjustable classic 510 internals)? The tube could be loose or broke around the 510 Pos screw

Grab a mat and a vape (you'll need it for the breathing exercises)
With mine, I observed the juice coming out the top of the tube during a squonk while the tube was still attached and the tube wasn't draining well at all. If my wicking was clogging the juice/squonk hole then the juice probably had nowhere else to go especially with me not being gentle like I had been warned to do.
I hope it was worth it. Paperwork is filed. Your man card will be revoked by the end of the day. Please mail it to the address on the back before the post office closes. I have seen wicking get sucked into the squonk hole(s) of an atty and then cause excessive pressure on the squonk
If you blow juice through the tube, between the tube and the screw, wouldn't the tube be shot (stretched out)?
I would think that's possible but it doesn't seem to be stretched out and definitely no leaking now. When I re-installed it was a very tight fit.
