I like the flavor output more. Wicked just like the one above. Vapor production seems to be the same but flavor is much better.

I don't think I could handle more flavor out of the stumpy. As it is, I had to drop my flavoring percentage in half for recipes where a stumpy is used.

My all time fav rda is the rogue. Damn near leak proof. Incredible flavor. Good airflow. but holy crap the manufacturers can't get it right. Can't believe I'm paying for an authentic with spinning centre post.

Love my Rogue and the clone was a little better than the authentic but needed to be sanded. I just got a Thump and have better flavor and airflow with visable adjustability. Rogue is put away!

Agree 100%, I have an authentic and a clone and the clone is actually better than the authentic.

Edit: My clone was perfect straight out the box, no sanding or anything

What drip tip izzat?

I may want a half dozen or so. :D

I turned a bunch of different drip tips for my Nuppins and that was one of them. I based it off a 2 puffs drip tip I bought a while ago. The site I bought the 2 puffs drip tips from don't have those particular ones anymore but do carry something very similar here: HDT Wide Bore Drip Tip

Maybe I'll try that. I only tried the single z, and it just didn't do it for me, but maybe dual verts will. :)

Twisted or straight, coil height, wicking and intake position are everything when running a Z...

I tried a few times with a z, and it just didn't do what I wanted. I tried with the height in various positions, wicking, in my opinion was good, and I moved the air intake all over the place. I just couldn't make it good for me, so I tore it out and went back to duals. I might try that dual vert. I sure like the looks of yours, but also looks like a PITA to coil!

It's really not that bad. Wire is pretty resilient. The trick is trimming the leg lengths in order to get them in then getting one coil right up against the post when installing the second leg, centering the coil then trimming any excess as per usual. The other part of it is flipping the coil over while wrapping in order to get the top leg to continue on to the second coil. As far as the leg length between the coils, that is an eyeballing affair.

(Have found that for myself, it's best to build a Z-coil at least 1 full point lower than I would normally go...)

P.S, I also like my Z's twisted rather than straight.

Dammit!

I was hoping for a wide open friction fit.

Thanks for taking the time to answer.
