Dammit!

I was hoping for a wide open friction fit.

Thanks for taking the time to answer.

That's why I turned my own, I liked the 2 puffs style but wanted a little more airflow :D

When I get home later I will share a couple pics of the friction fit tips for I made for my Nuppins ;)

K so, Reo Woody/ Nuppin, well used dual twisted (one strand) ribbon 28's to 0.4 gives me about 2/3 or more of a bottle with the Sammy 25 r5's and about 3/4 or more with the HG2's both down to about 3.6-3.5 volts...YMMV

Yes and no.

That's too thick @ the 510. Too restrictive for my tastes.

This...

Except for that pesky collar. The narrow 510 opening extends further than it needs to so that collar can be accomodated. I want that chuff style opening up top... and as far down as possible with only as much material as absolutely need be to connect to the 510.

Cherry vapes almost has it with their xl cloud chaser. Except it's ugly as sin and due to the "design aesthetics" isn't nearly as wide bore as the tip outer dimensions.

Yeah I think I'm about the same as distorto, maybe 2/3 - maybe almost 3/4 a bottle with r4's but I usually just switch out at 1/2 a bottle. The tube through the center of the bottle takes up ~ 1.25ml though so even filled to the brim your getting 7.25ml at most, leave a decent air bubble and you're at a little less than 7ml. Only way I can get through a completely full 8.5ml with no tube is with dual 18650's, then I got a little power to spare when the bottle gets to completely empty using the full 8.5ml. On average I'm guessing at somwhere around 5ml per 18650 with 2500mah

Ah, I see now :) Thats pretty thin walled

I was a little hesitant about going that thin and still having a good friction fit. But by your pics it certainly looks possible :D

Perhaps Monday I will experiment a little more and see how thin I can comfortably take it and still have some rigidity left over for a reliable friction fit.

Well...

If you're interested in making much less money than your time's worth in your spare time, let me know.

I'd be happy to make you an offer you can easily refuse. (Or pay what you demand if absolutely necessary.)

If you pull it off, I'd easily be interested in half a dozen at the right price.

Just remember... I got dibs.

Sorry if it appeared that I was leading you on, but I wont be offering any custom tips for sale.

I was just showing off and really don't want to derail Corey's thread or his work with my stuff :(
