What's cruel is when they alude to the "shipping issue" being the fault of the carrier and the holiday when I mentioned it was supposed to go out last Tuesday. Then I'm told from them to John would be 3 days shipping. (Should be 2.) Which means John would have received it before the end of the weekend at the latest.Oh, that's cruel beck,
