Agree with the Ultem buttons, adds a touch of class to the Brass 
looks good as a drip tip too ....
Gonna try a mix of Brass and Ultem for my next CC Button, I plan on press fitting a piece of Ultem into a Brass button and turning them together. Will post pics later if it turns out ok

On the Ultem, while it's still in the lathe,... I take it from 320 all the way to 3000 grit, then use a polishing compound on a microfiber cloth to give it that transparent look...
Looks really nice Drifter. I like it a LOT.
would probably look really cool if an ultem button was hollowed out to the same wall thickness as a drip tip for a perfect color match

I'm lazy, I just use a oiled scotchbrite pad while on the lathe to clear mine up, but the results are not as pretty as yours
