I wonder if there's anyone here who could take this...
...and put a mod in there that more closely resembles one of these???
Is a pinch close enough?

Wait, why not both?

No, I'm not very good with the tools needed to do that, but my daughter is.

Here's some coil porn to lighten the mood... nothing real fancy, but I'm pretty damn proud of how perfect they look (and vape)

Good eye! Yeah, one thing I did that made everything vastly easier was notch/channel both sides of the body under screw head. Used a dremel cutting wheel. Grabs and traps the wire making it all more gooderer...Nice! Though that looks like 2.5mm id and mine's 2mm
You most certainly can call me Hank. My friends do, and anyone on this thread is a friend.
Nah, there have been reports from people who've had it stashed (properly -- not Trunker style) for 6 years now that indicated NO noticeable degradation, and you'll notice a color change and odor long before there's any significant change in potency.I thought the consensus was that nic only lasted ~2 yrs...
That's probably bigger than it needs to be. 1 cubit foot = 28 liters. Assuming a packing efficiency of 50% due to round bottles, you should be able to fit about 100 liters in a 3.5 cubic foot freezer. That would be about a 250 year supply for me.I've already ordered a small (3.5 cu ft) chest freezer just for nic base... I'll pack it full if need be...
what ga is that 28?Here's some coil porn to lighten the mood... nothing real fancy, but I'm pretty damn proud of how perfect they look (and vape)

Twisted 30gwhat ga is that 28?
That's a great idea! I really want to do that to mine... it's a b%#$h to get duals in there without them getting all messed up. I don't have a dremel, though. Better pick one up.Good eye! My current favorite is a single spaced 4 wrap of 28x2,32 Clapton 2.5mm. Diagonal Z style. Lovely really...
Paul now has a proper beater for those moments .Oh, Corey. The Reo contacts I got from you are working perfectly. I did a mod on one of my Reos to try out the beckdg mod and it's so much better!
Here's a pic of it

Sorry about the pic quality. Trying to hold it in one hand and snapping a shot with my phone isnt very stable. Your silver pos contact works really well. Thanks!

Yes, glass so no diffusion of chemicals into it, least amount of head room since oxygen is what degrades it (better yet a noble gas displacing air in the headroom), and cold and lack of light slows down any oxidation.Properly stored (tightly sealed glass bottles with minimal head-space, in a freezer) there's no reason to think it won't last pretty much indefinitely.
Your math is a bit off, Penguiness.Buy 100mg nic. Yes, it is more expensive, but cheaper in the long run. Even if it degraded at 1% a year, it will take 10 years to get to 1mg.
Try it. Trust me. I threw a single contact in there initially and was like hmmrrff...guess I'm a dual guy now...That's a great idea! I really want to do that to mine... it's a b%#$h to get duals in there without them getting all messed up. I don't have a dremel, though. Better pick one up.
I wish I could just do a single coil, but I don't get the density. Probably because I MTL, and there's not really much airflow. I have to do duals on all 22mm attys to get the vape I like.
I'll give it a go, once I get a chance to buy or roll up some claptons... but I do have to say, mine are prettier.Try it. Trust me. I threw a single contact in there initially and was like hmmrrff...guess I'm a dual guy now...
It's everything and then some with a little more battery life...
It also seems the spaced coil gunks less...

Which style do you prefer as an avi? What took the longest was tracing the mods from pics. Rearranging them (and the text and star) is easy.Tell your daughter I said thank you, Ross.
She did a great job.
I just gotta figure out how to size it to work as an avi. I tried it the way it is, but it gets cut off pretty good.
Your math is a bit off, Penguiness.
Year-
1) 99mg
2) 98.01mg
3) 97.0299mg
4) 96.059601mg
5) 95.09900499mg
6) 94.14801494mg
7) 93.2065347906mg
8) 92.2744694427mg
9) 91.3517247483mg
10) 90.4382075008mg
With a percentage decrease, the lower you get, the less the decrease as well. It'll be well over 100 yrs before 1mg @ 1% loss per year.

Rossum, I think I remember you mentioning you bought a medical freezer, for your office.Nah, there have been reports from people who've had it stashed (properly -- not Trunker style) for 6 years now that indicated NO noticeable degradation, and you'll notice a color change and odor long before there's any significant change in potency.
