Similar, but not the same.
Lemon ice-box is made with sweetened condensed milk, egg-yolk, and lemon juice.
(Unless their use cream cheese <shudder>, but that's not lemon ice-box)
Lemon meringue is does not have milk in it, uses corn starch, and less egg yolk.
Feel free to make your own spread. Make friend with an ex-pat for assistance
Turkey is hard to come by here.
Easier to get a turducken (boned turkey, stuffed with a boned duck, stuffed with a boned chicken)

You are welcome to come enjoy my table for Thanksgiving. There will be enough food to feast for a whole week and it would be a joy to have you.
Nothing wrong with a turducken. I've had one for Thanksgiving more than once.
Or pick some local meat. The first Thanksgiving wasn't just turkey. It's a harvest festival. Give thanks for what you have, be it turker, duck, chicken, pig, or cow. Or all of them.
Thanksgiving fare is as varied as the people celebrating it.

Strip + tenderloin (at least in the USA). A great combination.
I still prefer a well marbled, prime, dry aged rib-eye.
Just a little bit of salt to bring out the flavors.

If you're eating on a budget.
Filet or bust. It's great for large BBQs.
Actually not a big fan. To lean, not much flavor. That's why they wrap with bacon and use sauces.
But eat up. More rib-eye for me
