Nope.
The tubing I use with these is a little stiffer than the floppy stuff they send with the bottles. It basically threads onto the pin, for a super solid, leak free connection. I don' know about you, but I have pulled my cap off, more than a few times, only to find that the bottle stayed in the hole, and the tube slipped straight off the smooth nipple...
I like the threaded connection.

I do really like the other 510. I don't mean to come off like I don't. Just explaining my thoughts on the new one, is all. Hard to say you like something about one, without it sounding like you're saying you don't like the other....

I think weather is a factor. Coming into summer, it shouldn't be an issue. But if a 100 f heat wave blows through it may hold things up a bit
*should* be a few days to a week. But arty types will often decide to start over to meet their own standards.

Yes I have and it is annoying but I've had no leaks with the smooth threads either

wow Corey new mods are looking awesome bro I really like removing the threads on the 510 pin but that's cause my mod is a box and it's easier to pop the bottle in and out, but on your mod it's probably more of an advantage having the tube stay attached to the pin since your pulling the bottle out of the body when you remove the top, better that it stays firmly attached to the pin and then just screw the bottle off, always leaving the tube in place. that cCCII and the 26650 10ml mod are really sweet

No, sir. It's from McMaster. I'll have to look it up again. I find that the tubing that comes with the cappy bottles is too soft for my liking and seems more prone to slipping off that nipple. The new stuff not only holds onto the pin better, but fits inside the hole in the cap a whole lot better, as well. A lot tighter in there, I mean.
All this, coupled with the design of the cappy bottles makes for a totally leak proof setup.

I agree. When the bottles must come out with the cap, a good strong connection of the tube to the pin, as well as a good strong connection at the bottle is very important. With the stock tubing they send with the cappy bottles, it seems more prone to pulling the tubing straight up out of the bottle cap, when pulling the cap off the mod, as well. This is extra messy.
O-rings in the 510 + Cappy V4 + new tubing + threaded pin = super solid, for these mods at least.
Obviously, one could simply add o-rings to their existing 510, if they were to have any leakage problems. O-rings are, by no means, proprietary to these new 510's. Just a cool little bonus that they come with them, standard. I'll get the sizes for anyone interested...

I really wish NN would get it together. The products are great but literally everything else about them is a disaster. Including the the game of guess when it will actually ship or arrive, if ever - followed by musical support.
I don't know if there is another product as good but if so with better service I sure would love to know about it. I hate peppery nicotine. Any advice ?
I'd actually like to order some premixed base 12 and 6 maybe a liter of each to start. I have enough 100 mg/ml for now but I want to make these first few concentrate batches with a known accurate mix.
As you can tell by my experiences with NN - it's been a disaster buying anything from them and I want it to arrive in days not months and be accurate.
So who is as good for premixed base with fast shipping and no pepper-I-ness ?pepperitude? Pepperika? Pepper spray!
