Been playing around making different cap sizes for my Nuppins and have been liking the 19mm versions so I decided to try a different style drip tip to match those bigger caps.

This one here is friction fit

made it so the bottom of the drip tip lands at the top of the chamber without any protrusions

And here it is mounted on my Brassy :D

I think there are couple of different facilities in Chicago. Could be as simple as different departments scanning as it processes through them.

The good news is the Dec 1 scan saying it's on a plane at O'Hare.

Yep! :)

I just checked and it's wheels up, headed your way, D!

I had 4 vtc5 (yes authentic) is the 5a just s reissue? I also had 14 25r and 8 hg2. I tend to base on science not baseless opinion regarding minimum resistance and safety. The vtc5 were the best thing going imo for s long time and while they're higher amp (barely) the life the hg2 offer just can't be beaten. And for all but the low low builds they work well.

Have you seen mooch' test results on he hg2

(EDITED)

Unfortunately one of the 8 hg2 died within a month. One of my vtc5 died within a week. Either would take a charge.

(EDITED)

Also there's a company rewrapping the hg2 but changed components for safety and internal resistance . However mooch saw no benefit in use though he didn't try to blow up batteries.

I use a washer on top of all the battery (it was my understanding in the cc that is what I'm supposed to Do To avoid rattle along with one under the bottle?).

I thought some 25r button tops would work better by there doesn't seem to be enough room. I guess I need to check my positive and retest that theory but iirc the cc doesn't have space for button tops. St least not the 25r ??

The new bottles look great. Wide mouth too by the looks ? I thought they were only for the new body style so that's nice to know there's one for the old.

If you're only selling forward and can't support a 2 bottle retro full for all your existing members here maybe the members can get s group buy on them - unless I misunderstood and you'll sell them separately once the whole shipment comes in. I for sure would like one or two for my classic. So preferably through you. Can you clarify if you'll offer them for sale as a stand alone accessory once the whole order is in or if you want to do a precommitment sale like s group buy for those of us wishing to change ? That way you wouldn't have to take a big risk making a huge order for bottles that might not be used.

And then for the varitube on the ccv1 if it works fine do we get the 12 or 22 or it doesn't matter as that's the top
Part we don't use (my guess). The arm swinging out is what I rambled on a while ago about adjusting via the pin vs screwing in and out the insulator. So I don't want that either. Does the varitube tighten down and hold everything in place properly on the v1? I change atomizers a lot so while I like both of the cc ones spring loaded would be more ideal for me on the original cc I have I think.

I apologize for so many questions and such a long post I'm not as well-versed with the cc as most of you and I want to make sure I don't screw anything up or you know blow myself up. Don't worry I understand battery safety LOL I just want to make sure that I don't order a part even for six dollars that won't really work for me anyway
Vtc5a are a little better than vtc4, im going of mooch's tests and my own experience. My 25r's are not button top and fit great in my cc.

I am not Corey, but in Tulsa, almost all parking has fees. Go to American Parking
Choose BoK Center from the "Venue" dropdown and you can see parking available. My advice is to stay away from the lot at 2nd near I-244 and not to go any further east than Main. If you go to this page of theirs, you can reserve a spot: American Parking

Anyway. Corey the cc is heading it to you tomorrow. I managed to break a second spring arm. I'm adjusting them too much. Too much bendy bendy. I'm not going to bother with the soft release. Nobody else expressed interest in having her capability. I just thought it was a cool idea but it's not worth the effort for my benefit only.

Unless of course people saw the finished product and decided they absolutely had to have one.

As a reminder, they are the little personalized buttons on top of the shutter release. You can get a wide range from antique to modern.

The standard button will have to be reduced to close to if not level for the soft release to look and work properly. They look like this and range from a penny to hundreds of dollars. From characters to platinum works.

This is a larger one with elaborate hand painted good dragon or something.

Wooden one with flower pattern

The possibilities and designs combinations are endless.

If anyone has any interest speak up and I'll send one with the thread Specs in for Corey to work his magic. You'd be able to change out the soft release portion by simply unscrewing (using plumbers tape is common to prevent unscrewing but just a mm or 2)

I feel like this could be a really cool little option for people to personalize. The buttons also come in small medium large and super sized. Google soft release button or search eBay and you'll see the millions of possibilities. I'm happy to loan out one of mine for the prototyping and testing. I'd send a few if I had them at hand.

Anyway. Last time I'll mention it and we can take it from there. I do not want to make work for Corey on something nobody else wants.

Are he 5a different than the 5 I have ? Yes no issues wih 25a in the cc but one with the hg2 either which last s lot longer if you don't need the absolute max if Amps and cost the same now. I believe in mooch's test it was less than a four a difference for continuous. Not sure.

Obviously there is no need to run out and replace 25r with hg2 if battery life isn't an issue but I find my hg2 last literally almost twice as long. Prob 75% more functional use for my style of vaping (.45-1.2 ohm builds, nothing down in the .15 area)

I really wish NN would get it together. The products are great but literally everything else about them is a disaster. Including the the game of guess when it will actually ship or arrive, if ever - followed by musical support.
Hmm.. Over the course of 2-1/2 years, I placed roughly a dozen and a half orders with them. All arrived within 10 days or so, and that's on the east coast. One order did need support. I e-mailed pics documenting the problem, got a response back in less than a day, and it was made good on about a week later. At this point, I'm set for life, but if I wasn't, I'd still be ordering from them.

I'm embarrassed to say,... I've never been to the BOK Center, buddy. :(

I don't get out much...

Peng's advice sounds solid, tho. :)

As usual...

I worked in the BoK Tower once upon a time. I would take mass transit because I traveled so much it wasn't worth the money to pay for a space I only used twice a month. They really take advantage of people.

Well that's refreshing compared to the four direct relations I had. Maybe those were all in the course of a year in that year was just a bad year. When was the last time you ordered? The last time me or one of my close friends ordered from them was about six months ago now, maybe they got it together I think I'll order up one small bottle of base and see how it does getting here. Thanks for your positive feedback. I'll give them one more chance with a very small order for now.
