Indeed.

Definitely no Drifter pics, but here it is all dressed up with a Manta.

And here it is in hand.

The 26650 mod shows the same attention to detail one expects from Custom Classic. Ingenious design, craftsman-like machining, flawless finish and near seamless joining. Brought to a whole new level is the squonking action, which requires little more than a thought to achieve the desired bottom fed result. These new bottles are a pleasure.

The 26650 fits just right in the hand. With its "big boned" body housing a larger battery, it's shape rests nicely in the palm while the fingers curl easily around the front. My third finger rests naturally at the squonk hole, which is nice.

I thought I might miss the titanium that I've grown to love with my TiCC. Turns out, the aluminum gives this mod just the right weight with added juice and battery capacity. Anyone who orders one of these is in for a treat.

Bravo, Corey.

Bravo!

That was beautiful.

Thank YOU, my friend! :)

That is gettin' more and more interesting. I really like how dark it's turning out. I mean,...the blue all by itself was amazing, but now it's got more depth. More character...

Really exciting stuff!

yessir, i can see lots of turning and staring in different light for a long time to come :)

Usage report on the 26650.

26gauge + 32gauge clapton 2.8ID x .6ohm vertical in the Manta.

Vaped the full 10ml bottle to the last drop using a Basen black battery.

Battery was fully charged at 4.2, just now put it on the charger and it read 3.72

:2cool:

These are new batteries (first use), performance may even improve. But I'm pretty happy with what I'm seeing so far.

The inks by themselves are transparent so the trick is to build up the colours to get light and shade. Each of the additional colours change the blues so the end result is different glints from the blue, through purple, through green and then the coppery as the final top glint. Well that's the plan. :p Varnish is used each colour layer to give the texture

That was one advantage to painting in reverse order on the truck body.

Colors with nearly no opacity could easily become very bright and/or amazingly opaque by just adding a backing color after application.

Silver (a fine flake with good coverage) is perfect for preserving and reflecting a bright color with nearly no opacity such as a nice yellow that otherwise might not pass as an acceptable window tint color.

Whereas on that mod, you can really see the buildup that clearly shows the amount of material it's taken to get to this point... and would peel right off of a lexan body when it flexes.

All that to say it's looking great!
