I don't know... This thread was started on Jul 5th, 2015 and has 21,801 posts and the Bee's thread was started on Jul 24th, 2015 and has 22,373 posts... Considering this thread had a 3 week head start if it was faster, why is 572 posts behind? This is where I think the confusion part comes to fruition!!!

Yep, it's something that's never been standardized around the world. Heck, there's a couple of US states that refuse to do this seasonal "adjustment".
