Indeed! That is a new square cutting, center drilling, 3/64" end mill.

It took a lot longer in the early days, when Corey's starting point was a hunk of bar-stock and a band-saw. He was barely able to make two a week that way, and people were signing up so fast, he had a backlog stretching out the better part of a year at one point. That eventually got solved by farming out the "rough" machining to someone with larger, more powerful equipment. Since then, the the starting point has been pre-machined "blanks" like this:
That sped things up considerably.

Corey is the best in the biz for showing pictures of the babies being born. Truly a remarkable feat to witness every single time.
