Well I have spent the last 10 day reading all 1779 pages and I still can't decide weather it's to be titanium or stainless steel

I couldn't do all 1779, I read several hundred picking several different months over the years but the whole thing - I tip my hat to you.

Sadly, she does not, she smokes and it saddens me.

Oh yeah, apropos nothing at all really, i like to use an ad-blocker when i surf the interwebs. The following is what is at the top of the ECF screen when i log in.

It's heartening to see such a dedication to vaping over literacy.

You are moving on that thing, thanks. As a no skills person, I am stunned by the precision of the work and the machines that you use to do it.

Thanks, Boss! Werkin', werkin', werkin'... :D

i'm tempted just to buy a button alone because they look great. Is that a new drill bit for cutting the channels in the silver screws?

T

Thanks, T!

Indeed! That is a new square cutting, center drilling, 3/64" end mill. :thumb:

The old one decided to snap, on a slightly faster than normal pass...

Eye pro saved mah left eye!

It took a lot longer in the early days, when Corey's starting point was a hunk of bar-stock and a band-saw. He was barely able to make two a week that way, and people were signing up so fast, he had a backlog stretching out the better part of a year at one point. That eventually got solved by farming out the "rough" machining to someone with larger, more powerful equipment. Since then, the the starting point has been pre-machined "blanks" like this:

That sped things up considerably.

As I was reading through the posts, I noticed the wait time got shorter, I thought maybe some more efficient equipment came in.
