Hey guys, sorry for the delay. I'm a student, a boyfriend, and a father. My time is often spent elsewhere than in a Internet forum.

Anyways, I got the mod in the mail. I've only had a day with it so far. So I only have a few first impressions at this point.

1.) the mod is actually smaller than I thought it was going to be. I mean, it has TWO 18650's in it, so I was expecting a big mod. It's actually not that big. Very comfortable in the hands. Of course with a tank it makes it slightly bigger, but I am pleased with the size. it's smaller than my iPhone but about twice as thick.

2.) I was very interested in how ken was able to fit all the electronics in such a small space above the batteries. But somehow it was managed and it looks pretty clean on top of that.

3.) I love that I found such a long lasting VV mod that allows me to vape 1.5 Ohm DC cartos on any voltage I want without automatically lowering the volts or giving me an error. As for 1.5 Ohm carts @ 6 volts, I found it really is dependent on what juice your using and especially what base the juice is made from. A PG juice tastes burnt at anything 5volts and above, but VG seems to handle higher voltages better. I'm not sure if that's the reason, but that's what I'm kinda getting after a day. So far I've been using a 1.5 Ohm DCC @ 4.0-4.8 volts and it's been working so well.

4.) THE BATTERY LIFE ROCKS! I knew that I was going to go at least two days on one set of batteries, but I never really thought of how convenient it would be. A day and a half in and still going strong. This has replaced my other PV just to see how long it goes all by itself. I'm shooting for 3 days.

5.) my only gripe is the button. It's really a nick pick because the button fires everytime. And in my book, function and reliability outweighs looks, but I would of really enjoyed a horn button or even better, the button from the silver bullet. Of course I don't think there is enough space in the electronics compartment to facilitate a bigger button. Like I said its a minor gripe because the button does work really well.

That's my report so far. And so far so good. It's quite an amazing device. I'm so glad I went this route instead of a different mod. The ability to vape whatever at whatever voltage is my favorite part. Can get enough of that feature. But I'll be back for a more in depth review.

Be glad to answer any questions you guys might have.

Til then. Keep vaping :)

Hello SeamonsterZ24,

Nice review - I'm glad that you're happy. You and I share many of the same observations. If you're like I was, it gets better from here, especially if you try to compare it to what you were using before. It's just hard to beat that dialed in taste and vapor. It's amazing how huge the difference can be in just a half a volt or less. Ref. that smaller firing button, I actually like and prefer it now.

Happy Vaping. :vapor:

It's a couple of months down the road for me now, and I still like the Big Daddy Meter Mod as much as I did on day one. I haven't experienced a problem of any kind, and it will vape anything that fits the threads so far. I bought a 510 extender and an Ego adapter so that I could use EMDCCs on it. WOW! - What a vape at about 4.20 volts. This is what I'm using right now, but I've tried a variety of setups with great success. I've been wanting to try some 1.7 ohm Resurrectors on it, so I have some on the way. It doesn't hold as much juice as the EMDCC, but I've read that the Resurrector is awesome on a VV Mod. I'll let everyone know how it goes.

Thanks for the follow up Tom. I'm glad to hear you are enjoying your mod. PM me if you like the Resurrectors on it. I got 3 boxes for my Prodigy shortly before I ordered my Buzz Pro, and I don't care for them at all on the B Pro, and hardly ever reach for the Prodigy anymore. I'd probably part with one box of them. I'll tell you what I really like on my Buzz Pro are Fusions from Ikenvape. And they now come in megas that can hold 60 drops. Jam one of those in a 5ml tank on your Big Daddy, and you're good to go for a couple days. If you don't like hassling with 510-801 adaptors, try Ikenvapes 510 Platinums which are virtually the same as a Fusion with a 510 connection. I seem really happy with 2.5 ohm hardware on my mod, though I just got some Boge 3 ohms because so many people seem to like them. Actually the 510 Platinums I just got meter at 3 ohms, and I like them just fine.

I have had my B Pro for a couple months now and love everything about it, but now that I have been bitten, I'm always looking to add to the collection. I think I may start saving for a Big Daddy, or a Big Brother Vari cool soon.

I'm definitely with everyone here with regards to the voltage number just doesn't matter. Dial it to taste and hit fire regardless of if it's a B Pro, or a VV box mod.

Happy Vaping

Chris

I got 3 boxes of the 1.7 resurrectors, so I doubt that I'll be needing any more soon. They work great on the Big Daddy at about 4.20 volts, but I prefer higher capacity cartos. They also work great on Ego and Kgo, but again I prefer higher capacity. I didn't realize how small these would be. I appreciate the information you gave me on the Ikenvape cartos. That sounds more like what I'll try next. Let me back up and say that low capacity is the only thing I don't like about the resurrectors. Otherwise, they have great flavor and vapor. I'll be more likely to use them at home where topping them off with more juice will be easy.

I haven't tried tanks yet, mainly because I'm already happy with the high capacity EMDCC. I try something new fairly often and haven't decided what to try next. Thanks again for the information.
