The stock IBTank pyrex tubes are 19mm and 25mm in diameter, available in 35mm and 45mm lengths. Costs are $5 and $7 respectively.
OCD at IBTanked - Get Tanked With Us! has also been adding glass tube stock in the hopes of helping owners of older tanks replace their polycarbonate tubes with pyrex replacements. Pretty innovative and commendable for a vendor to go the extra mile to help customers, I think.
Under the "store menu" on his website, choose the "custom cut tubes" option. You will need to measure the inner diameter of your current tube and its length and inquire about availability via the "contact us" link.
