Thanks for the discount!! We know it wasn't your fault for the wait =] Just put in an order for a wyd tank and the sym tool. The transaction went through but I'm not sure it went through on your website itself. I recieved an e-mail from Transactio​ns@eProcess​ingNetwork.​Com with the subject "Approved Transaction‏" . so the order went through there, but on bigdaddyvapor.com the items are still in the cart. After i put in cc info etc and put in the order the next page came up saying "Email Error: Could not instantiate mail function. Please check Admin->Configuration->Email Options->Email Transport." Just a heads up =] . Thanks again!

I thought that was probably it but just wanted to make sure. It's too bad they had to deal with all this, they are great people and great products! They always ship fast, stand behind their stuff and I even had a hand written response to a question I asked on the order comments. I will never purchase a tank that's not BDV!

Alright Everyone we're working on figuring out what happened??? We did a test order that worked out fine before we told everyone we were back, so maybe we jammed up the server or something all ordering at once...lol... I'm trying to joke but it's actually a possibility. If you did get an order in... we will be getting in contact with you and get all worked out.

I had items in my cart from before the processing went down. I was able to check out without a problem. It's gone through on my card and I got a email receipt from Big Daddy Vapor.
I also logged onto my account at Big Daddy and the status of the order says processing.

Ok Everyone here's the Scoop. 1st of all Big Daddy is the Man for taking care of this!

By sending the email out to all of our Big Daddy Vapor family to tell ya'll we were back up and running, and to give the coupon code out we hit our servers 24hr relay limit... "Seriously.....a relay limit?????"

Because of this "relay limit" our server will not send order confirmation emails which needless to say causes issues you couldn't even imagine! The relay limit will end tomorrow evening and everything will be back to normal and from now on we will send our customers emails from our Brand New $20 per month e-mail marketing account ....

Can the dues be paid now???
