Technology is great until it stops working, eh? My internet went out for around 24 hours the other day and I went into serious withdrawal.... How did I ever survive without it? (I'm only half joking!)

Currently, I was able to too checkout with my order and with the discount code, I got an approval transaction email and the order number is 2323!! Yay!!

Appears I was only able to checkout as I had a saved Cart with items already in the basket, currently you are still not able to add items to a new cart for checkout, but processing appears to be working fine..

This worked for me, as well. Order # 2325. I had the items in the cart left over from last night. Got the order confirmation email and transaction approval email. The order is also showing on their site in my account under previous orders. Crossing my fingers

I don't know what to do at this point. I processed an order that I had in my cart on Friday night. My card was charged, my Big Daddy account said it was processing, I received a confirmation notice Big Daddy Vapor and an approved transaction receipt from the processor. Saturday I got an email saying that all orders from Friday night were cancelled. But my card has been charged already. Of course I want to get my order but at this point it seems like all I can do is refill my cart and pay for it again.
Li'l Mama could you please let me know what I need to do to get my order in without paying twice. Or how I should proceed at this point.

I'm assuming your talking about the polished finished Who's Yo' Daddy 5ml? We have yet to release it... hopefully soon....maybe this Friday release???? Hopefully it's enough time for ya.... if that was a bug?
