Well, since I gotta go return those wire strippers, might as well swing by Lowe's. Sounds almost too good to be true but I'll try it. Will report back on how they do on empty CE2 tube and such..

Paulie, anodizing hardens the aluminum and also allows you to add color. i am not an expert...i am sure it does some other things also...but people who vape out of aluminum usually prefer it to be anodized.
as far as differences from the stainless...it is very light but yet very strong. It feels comparable with delrin in weight.

Well I can confirm it works in regards to punching holes but until I get a new supply of cartos tomorrow, I can't confirm the wicking and such but from the size of the holes that were pre-punched on a carto I got with a tank, they look awfully close in size. This device also hardly leaves any dimpling or distorting of the carto after using.
I got mine at Home Depot:

I'll try to show the best I can of the holes I made and how many turns, etc. YMMV. When I say Half Turns below, I basically mean a 180 degree twist or half circle using that handle, hope that makes sense?
This is the hole that was pre-punched on the carto when I received it:
This is the hole (bottom row on the left, the one on the right is a pre-punched hole) it made when I did a half turn after I heard the pop:
Ok, the hole on the right is about 3 Half turns after the pop and the one on the left is after I turned it as far as it would turn, roughly about 4.5 Half turns after the pop:
I thought this thing was going to be HUGE (TWSS) but it's actually not that big. If you hold it up to a door hinge it's about the same length. On the link I posted in the beginning you can click on the specifications tab to see the actual dimensions\measurements.
Last pic below shows how far the spike comes out when it is fully extended:

Overall it appears to be a definite win. I'll know for sure tomorrow in regards to the wicking but seeing the holes, it looks like it should be ok? I am not sure by making the big hole if that also punctures the middle air tube but the holes look soooo close to the pre-punched ones? But for just about $7.00, it sooo is worth not having to use a hammer and nail\screw and guesstimate how hard to hit it, if it went through, etc. I am not sure what the metal spike is made of (hopefully steel) or if it will eventually start wearing out but again for only $7, I don't mind buying a new one or two to keep on hand and this seems like a common tool so it shouldn't go away anytime soon. My main thing I want\like is being consistent and K.I.S.S (keep it simple stupid) and this definitely does have it. I am not a modder and just an average guy. I mean I know how to do some common things but no where near what a lot of these modders can do so I feel if I can do this ANYONE can

Got my Lil Mama today! (the tank, not his wife)
This is my first tank, so even after months of research I wasn't totally sure what to expect, especially with a dual coil carto (first one of those as well).
This carto/tank combo has given me delicious hit after delicious hit and has reminded me why I vape.
I have a sensitive throat, so I was nervous about the TH of these 1.5ohm dual coils, but everything is perfect! It's a great mid-range TH, NOT JUST HOT AIR, which some people seem to confuse!
Everything is sealed very tight, but not TOO tight and after studying a few videos before my purchase, I filled it up without any problems on my first time.
Flavor is amazing, probably the best true flavor presence I've experienced in 2+ years of vaping.
Shipping was LIGHTENING! I ordered Monday morning and it got here Wednesday afternoon! I will be ordering a pair of anodized aluminum caps as soon as they are available.
My ONE criticism/question: My tube was cut pretty rough/jagged. It has not hindered performance whatsoever, but I'm just curious if they are all cut like that. ***EDIT: Just to be clear, I should probably use the word "wavy" as the tube doesn't meet a majority of the cap flush. I haven't actually removed the caps and FELT the edge of the tubing, so perhaps, being of a more tactile nature, rough/jagged wouldn't be the best words. I'm sticking with "wavy".

Consistency is exactly what is needed Willy. I usually use a sharpened punch and it is harder to get it the same every time as far as the depth goes. If the carto is punched at the right depth, in theory you should be able to vape it to death
I like that one better, might have to try that out, I looked on Amazon too and they have one like this but it is more expensive.
Just glad I don't have to fool with a hammer and nail\screw anymore as I am not very consistent with that.

Anyways, I love the gift of giving... which we are having Greek food tonight for dinner so our child is all good, Big Daddy....wellll... he'll be taken care of later...lol. moving on.. I would love to give everyone something but since I can't do that.... we can totally set someone up. 
Which leads us to my other loves, movies, quotes, one liners, and trivia. Ohhh yeah! So let's play a game.
