Good to see you on this thread. They both broke after i took it apart to see if that was an issue.. they just crumbled in my hand. I used the proper tools to take them apart also. the spring is fine.

i absolutely hate the mako..that thing let me down since day one.. no offense to smokinduece... im a gg fan!
Maybe you can post some pics. I broke my o-rings for the center pin as well but my unit is still working. I unscrewed the hex ring and thought that i broke it but it turns out it was only the o-rings. The center pin just falls out now once i unscrew the top cap unlike before where there was resistance and it would stay in place.
oh, that stinks.. i think i broke the isolator in the top cap. maybe just from usage it decided to crumble.. i know nicotine is not good for these devices... i had to clean the inside of my gg because it started to leak and tarnished the inner tube

Id PM rob or Imeo, Im sure they will send you those pieces out no problem. Then you will be in good shape again. If I had a spare Id send it to ya, but I dont
Maybe even go to lowes or homedepot and see if they have a temp fix til you get the right ones from Imeo?
In any form, at least you know what the prob is so now all we gotta do is get you new isolators!

oh yea, the gg family is outstanding!
I just ran into this ame problem kenny it is the cap update I installed in my top cap of my GGTS, I need a new cap update now, Im using my unit but the center pin and that next screw just spins, Rob & Imeo this is exactly what I was talking to you both about earlier this week. I need a whole new cap upday, Kenny please PM me with what you have found out please
Hi Kenny my friend. I am sorry for that because you cant smoke the GG. I want to ask you a few questions:
Did you sand the base of the button?
Did you sand the brass axis on the button's cap?
Did you take apart the button to clean it?
Did you tried to smoke GG without the spring on the brass axis that is on the buttons cap?
Did you clean ALL the threads of the GG?
Did you sand the nail on the atomizer's cap? I mean the one that gouki said that its moving freely without the o-ring inside it.
Screw the telescope a little more to see if GG is firing
Check the plastis insulator to the atomizer's cap or send me a photo of it. Try to see if the center pole is touching the external theads of the connector and check if the plastic still has its head or you damage it trying to take it out.
Thats all for now. Try them and if you have no success then send it back to me to check it
ps....... Dont forget to clean all the threads of GG

Imeo, its still the same. I have tried everything.. sending it in to rob today.
Ok then buddy, I will wait for Rob's response. I am so curious about this that you cant imagine!
Imeo I have the same problem as well, I think it really would be a great idea for you to have a bunch more of these cap updates for Rob and Lisa to stock on there shelf, Mine went bad for some reason to, I think it is from using diffrent Atty's and having to tighten the GGTS to different tightness's with different Atty's that it makes the center pin where against the insulator and it stips it out. Pleas we need these cap updates really badly Buddy
