Big purchase!

I've mentioned a few times that my girfriend Lauren and I started vaping together soon after we started dating in September, and how much easier it was to quit smoking with someone to provide motivation and support.

It's now February, and I have been practically living at her house for the past three months, spending six nights a week staying over. As a recovering addict and a 31 year old bachelor (now 32) I was starting to think I'd never find the right woman, but fortunately we found each other on Match.com and things have been going incredibly well since!

So Saturday I finally took the plunge and went to see my gemologist Uncle and ordered a three-stone engagement ring! Should be done in about a week, so within the month I will be engaged! Just so happy I had to share with the community that has helped us so much!

Thanks for the congrats and the concern, but when you know it you just know it. Even from the start of our relationship we spent a LOT of time together, we've already been through good times and bad and I'm confident we will be spending the rest of our lives together!

Congrats, that's awesome to hear. I'm on the same path... currently 29... except I've been with my woman for 7.5 years now. I know, it's overdue... but I think I'm finally ready.

Just be careful and don't rush anything.

As of Friday night we are officially engaged! Going to be a long engagement as financially it makes more sense from both of us to be single for now, but we are both committed to spending the rest of our lives together!
