This is one of those circumstances where a company isn't obligated to do something but they do it anyway. My VModXL broke the other night - a catastrophe in it's own right as I love this thing! I knew it was still under warranty but I am married to a real 'fix-it' kind of guy who thinks he can fix anything (and usually does truthfully!). Next thing I knew, the apoxy glue was flying! And, of course, it didn't fix the problem because there is too much pressure involved. Their warranty specifically says that, if something breaks, to send it back as-is so I figured I had definitely voided the warranty. However, thought I would shoot them an email anyway explaining what happened. And yes ... they ARE going to replace this part! Thank you Vapage! A great product and an equally great company!
