Bill banning nicotine candy sales voted down

They are trying to portray smokeless alternatives as "candy" to turn the public against them. Julie, Elaine and I have left comments but A LOT more are needed on this article!!

Yes - Orbs are tobacco lozenges. They also make a meltaway strip (like breath strips) and a stick-like thing that I think you chew on like a straw or toothpick.
