I am fairly new to vaping, I have a MVP 3.0 Pro and I got it with the iSub G tank. I just bought the Billow V2 so this is my first rebuildable atomizer. I got the coils built no problem and with a little trouble at first I got down the wicking.. But after a few hours the cotton will burn. I can't figure out the reason why.

That looks like a pretty clean build, but the legs are a little long.

What resistance is the coil, and what wattage are you firing it at?

I picked up that tank a month or so ago. It's a PITA to wick right till you figure it out. You are close, but not quite right. Those little "dimples" under the tails of your wicks need to be packed with cotton or it won't wick right. Extend the tails out a little more. Wet them SLIGHTLY when you put them in and tuck them GENTLY into those wide dimpled juice channels. Not all the way down to the base, just down to the bottom of the wider part of the channel where it is rounded off. Don't flatten the tails. You want them to keep their "fluffy". Make sure they are tucked in inside the threads so they don't get caught in the sleeve when you screw it on. It may take you a couple of tries. It's worth it when you get it right. Hits like a RDA once you get it set up.

Seems to be burning at that one neg post, are you sure you don't have hot legs, meaning the wire to the post glowing when it shouldn't be?

This is my guess too.

It is .25 ohm and I usually have it at about 30 watts

Have you checked for hotspots/hot legs? The leads look a bit long, and might be roasting your cotton in an unsavory spot.
