I've had the v2 for a couple days and haven't run into any problems yet. First build I used Rayon and was in a hurry. I just cut it flush with the deck, trimmed a little and screwed on the chamber. That pushes the wicks down naturally. Vaped 2 tanks with no dry hits and no flooding.
I rewicked with Japanese cotton. This time I cut even with the edge of the deck, then cut the tails into points. I just let the tip of the wick into the juice channels. It works outstanding. Less wick is the key.

Can you maybe show me some pics of how you did it? also what pg/vg are you running and ohms and wattage?
