Bill's Magic Recipe Question

So I want to try to make this juice:
Bill's Magic Vapor Recipes (most or all posted):

Dutch Apple Pie ala Mode
Apple 12%
French Vanilla 4%
Sweetener 4%
Pie crust 4%
Graham cracker 3%
Brown sugar 2%
Butter 1%
Cinnamon .5%
I have Vanillin 10% by TFA but not French Vanilla. Do you think it will work and at the same percent? If not, what could I add to make it more like French Vanilla?
My Butter is from LorAnn oils (due today!) will this work at the same percent as I read Lorann oils are very strong.
Has anyone tried this recipe, it sounds great!
One more question, is Catalan Cream by FA ok to use if the recipe calls for sweet cream?

i never have all the right flavoring lol
so i would suggest bill's magic vapor 100 drop test
he has a blog where he describes how to make choc covered cherries i think is what it was
using the 100 DT

if not using that start with sub stitutions at a 5ml batch and no nic so you dont waste much if it dont turn out
and i believe bill doest suggest using subs but you gotta do what you gotta do
