Bionic sense of smell after vaping 10 months

Just curious if anybody else has had the same effect.

Lately I have had a over sensitive sense of smell. I swear several times this week I could smell someone smoking...in their car...four or five cars in front or behind me sitting at stoplights lately.

Yep! I can smell smoke, too. Also good smelling things I never noticed before. We can now stop and smell the roses. Or at a distance

smoking cigarettes will null your smell and taste sensations, when you quit about a week later your senses will come back and you will feel like you have super powers....unnessisary super powers haha. But yes everyone smell senses are so much stronger I cant stand it when Im in class and someone walks in after smoking its very destracting.....I feel bad that I was one of those people and did that to others. Congrats on your super powers be responisble

It was interesting to learn that my regular perfume had much more subtle notes than I remember, but that's a good thing!

Absolutely....on the freeway at 60mph I can smell a smoker infront of me....seriously.

My room is directly across from the litter box. Where it only used to trouble me occasionally, now it's a massive issue.

I'm thinking of installing exhaust fans on all the cats' butts.

I definitely smell smoke now when my sister smokes in the car, never did before. I grew up in a household full of smokers, and now the only time I'm around it is in the car with her and it is god awful now!


And to think sometimes she complains about the smell of my vape....

I can absolutely smell better than when I smoked but i bet I could smell even better than I smell now that I've been vaping for four years if I had just never smoked in the first place. If I have a salad, and I place the empty bowl on the other side of my bedroom I can smell the salad dressing like I NEVER have before. I can smell the soap's scent in my clothes. I can smell the soap from a shower on my skin all day. I can smell the sweat from my arms if I choose to forego a night shower and wait till the morning. I'm pretty sure everyone can smell these things. Its just that we smoked, so, NOW we're like WOAH i must be a super human now!

My friend and I were at the casino the other night and this lady ordered some sort of brandy from the bar. The smell of that stuff about bowled me over.

I'd never smelled any alcohol that strong and I know it wasn't that stuff that was special but rather the fact that my nose is getting back into gear.....lol

I'm really bad about candles now, too. I find most of them revoltingly cheap smelling.

I can't win.
