I hope I am putting this in the correct place. I have been vaping for about 8 months and have been able to find some pretty good juices. I don't have a particular flavor profile that I stick too. Desserts, drinks, fruits, tobaccos; I have found some of each that I really enjoy. One flavor that I just can't seem to handle is vanilla. I have tried juices with vanilla from two separate vendors and both taste almost like I am chewing on a Tylenol or putting goody's powders in my mouth and not swallowing. Both of the said companies have several other juices that I have and keep in my rotation. I have tried the flavors on multiple atomizers at different wattages and just can't get a better taste. My wife is using two of these juices right now and loves them both. Has anyone else had this happen? I have 90 ml of juice that I can't find a negative review about anywhere and I can't vape it.

Thanks All.

I'm not really sure what the problem is. You have found many juices you like but now you found one that just won't work for you no matter how you cook it. Seems to me your wife now has a good stock of this juice she loves; meaning I would just give the bottle to her and go back to my other favourites.

Edit: I don't wish to sound unsympathetic but perhaps its because I consider you lucky to find many juices you really like. I on the hand rarely find a juice I like. Most taste like burning tire rubber to me. I ended up having to carefully mix my own from several pre-made juices to come up with one flavour I like.

Welp, mistake #1 would be buying 90 ml's of any liquid you have never tried before. Don't do that with untried flavors and especially never tried before suppliers.

Since you didn't name names anything we can offer is only speculation. It could very well be that both those places are using the exact same flavoring. We also don't know what PG/VG ratio you got for these vanillas. Could be you are reacting to a slight bitterness that can be present in PG and may have little to do with the flavor itself.

Dibs lol. um sounds really unfortunate have you made sure that you havn't been mixing you juices as you drip? I notice when I switch flavors I usually get this weird combination of tastes. Also have you been checking your wicking and coils? I notice when my coils get old they taste funny and same with my wick

If your able to vape high nicotine juice (high for me at least), try Frenilla from Nicoticket. Unfortunately, they only have 18mg/mL left, but my goodness is it fantastic. It's not your typical vanilla either, Mista Kent Brooks spent an incredible amount of time on an amazing recipe.

I haven't yet found a vanilla I like, either; it's one of my favorite flavors, but neither MyFreedomSmokes' French Vanilla, nor VaporDNA's Millenium Potion Vanilla actually tastes anything like vanilla. At least I didn't pay for the last one, it was a free gift when I ordered something from them.

Thanks everyone for the replies.
Mortiss: You don't sound unsympathetic. I also consider myself lucky also to have been able to use vaping as a way to quite smoking and find some great juices along the way.
Bassnorma: I have the juices steeping and every couple of days I try them but it just doesn't seem to be getting any better
Eratikmind: That is the way I was leaning but thought I would ask.
Rickajo: I know I have that habit of buying too much of something. I had actually tried and enjoyed juices from both companies so I went big. The companies I am referring to are Ahlusion and Nicoticket. The Ahlusion juice in question was mixed 50/50 at 6 mg nic, and I don't know what the Nicoticket juices were mixed at but had 6 mg nic.
Classwife: Thank you for putting this in the right place.
DrFritz: When switching flavors I either re-wick my RDA or put a new coil in my tanks which are Nautilus Mini's and an Aerotank Mini. I know all to well about the mixing of different flavors.
Cullin Kin: Unfortunately Frenilla is one of the flavors I can't seem to do. His other flavors that have vanilla do the same thing to me. Creme Brule and The Virus are unvapable to me. But GCD, Raz Cup, Gravity, Beatlegeuse, Raspberry, Cherry, all are great flavors.
