What is the actual source for Black N Mile Plus? It is way to expensive to buy it from ecigexpress, and since they are a distributor they have to be getting it from somewhere. Who is the actual manufacturer of it?

I've heard the Tobacco Express flavors are rebranded vaping Zone. If that's the case they're actually cheaper at Ecigexpress. I love the Black N Mile Plus and I use it at 2-4% so it last awhile.
