wow that thing looks amazing! up until now ive bought only clones and youde atomizers for the most part. but ive been looking for an excuse to get into a high end rebuildable and this just might be it! do you know of a way to get notified when theyre back in stock?

Ohh forgot... they also said they can coat anything you want. So you could custom order whatever rba you want and have them coat it black.
Does it accept rail accessories? It'd be handy to have a techlite on a mod..might as well go with an IR laser, just in case I need to call something in...

Not sure if this is still relevant, but I've been looking for a black rba as well, for a black zmax v3 that I am planning to get. I have found that ehpro sells a black kayfun, but was looking for some alternative options as well.

nice find. all ive been able to come up with for black kayfuns is either the EH Pro one for ~$50, the one from vaportekusa for ~$35 (which is listed as 22.9mm aka not for me), and one from vapeinparadise for ~$30 which appears to be black on the inside judging from the black nano kit photo of theirs (also not for me). and seeing how $50 is mighty high for a clone by my standards, i'll wait this one out until a nicer black kayfun is available in the ~$20-$30 range. im confident that this will happen, only a matter of time.
to hold me over, i found this. pretty sure im just gonna order it even though i have no idea if they coated the inside of the cap as well. thats the only thing stopping me from pulling the trigger at the moment. id hate to get PVD flakes in my juice. and that PVD is known for chipping off. :/

Just some info from the bush. There was a clone company making black patriots, not delrin or plastic. They are metal coated with black, and are recalled now because they have been found to be hazardous and causing problems with chipping with heat, which you can't really avoid heat with an rda. I do not know if the kayfun black edition could possibly have this problem as well.
My solution is the black delrin cap for the omega. Picked it up off ebay and it rocks hard.

I bought this one and it fits perfectly on my FastTech Nemesis clones. I know they are 22mm so perhaps the description is wrong. I'm sure a full millimeter difference in diameter would be noticeable. I'll second the suggestion for the black version of the Black Edition Kayfun from Artemis. I have the standard brushed steel version and I like it. I do think that a $20 premium for colors (black or gold) is rather high though.

dang. i had the feeling the description was off, but i just didnt want to take the chance. is the vaportek one black on the inside or just the outside?
no way! oh jeez. i just ordered one of those. i thought they were brand new and hadnt heard any reports of people using them yet. where did you get the info about the recall?
The build deck, chimney and cap and all posts are plain stainless. The three pieces that make up the outside are black only on the outside even the threads are clean. The small 'well' in the outer cap where the drip tip goes is plain although the bit of the drip tip that goes into the well is black but the inside is plain metal. So it looks like they considered anywhere e-liquid or vapor would go and didn't coat there.
