I think it does make a difference if the cart has had juice before. I have filled both used and new carts. With new carts, they readily take 30 drops without needing to be spun, were as used carts seem to loss their ability to suck juice up easily. Require the help of some centrifugal force to take a max of 20 drops.

As for vaping them right away, new carts I tend to let set for at least a few hours after filling to allow the juice to saturate the wick. With used carts, I assume there is still juice in them and the wick should already be saturated. So I have vaped them right after a refill. Just my 2 cents.

Thanks Landy.
Do you leave the little plastic piece inside the cart when you refill?
It would help I suppose to not leak the liquid on the other end.

leave the plug in and cap on the battery end, i consider this a must. with the cap on, it allows you to set the cart down without it tiping over.

How many drops are you guys getting in a blank cart?

You can get up to 30 drops in there but you really shouldn't. Half the time you'll just wind up overfilling and needing to blow out the excess.

I fill mine with about 18-20 drops and then get the carto started. After a few minutes I add a few drops to the battery end and keep topping off that way through out the day.

Be careful if you drip into the battery end if you're using Auto batteries though. Maybe let them sit on your desk a minute (battery end up) before screwing them back on and using them again.

I use Taryn's spin trick with my ghetto fugly fan to spin them. I found that for the most part, I get 20 drops in with a couple of spins. That amount (roughly 1ml) is perfect for my reused cartomizers. I can vape on them right away and they'll produce lots of vapors and flavor within 3-4 puffs. I've also tried 35, 30, 25 drops but the cartomizers always get flooded and lots of gurgling, and it'll take at least a dozen puffs to get going.

Your mom said not to say...
Indeed, 15-20 drops is about the amount it takes to refill a used cart without wasting juice. I use a syringe to inject the juice in from either the bottom of the GreenCig carts that I use or from the other end, you just pop of the endcap, remove the o-ring, and there is a small hole on the inner cart that the factory used to fill the cart and I pop the syringe in there and fill it up just like they do at the factory. One thing I find to be useful is to lightly blow in the end of the cart to test for excess juice while refilling if am just filling it from the atomizer end. If no juice comes out I continue to fill, and if it does I will give it a quick spin and see if that helps and add a little more and repeat the light blow out of the end to make sure it's all good. Having never filled a blank cart I have no idea how many it would take to fill it.

I am still very new at this only having my kr8 for a day or so now but getting the hang of it and needless to say enjoying every drag off this baby! I have read threads that say the greencig cartomizers are the better made cartomizers and was considering buying a pack of blanks and some juice to fill them from nhaler but was wondering whats the deal with the cartomizer adapter for the greencig cartos? those should just fit my kr8 right? or do i need the adapter to use the greencig cartos?

I am wondering this also, do the greencig carts fit on a Vapor4Life battery? I have been reading through some of the threads discussing burnt out cartomizers or cartomizers giving a burned taste, and the pics of dissected carts in those threads are worrying me.
