Cleaming V4L Prefilled Cartomizers???

I have a bunch a spent prefilled cartomizers....a variety of flavors....now that they are empty, can I clean them and fill them again? If so, whats a good way to clean them? I can't see throwing them away if they can be used again. Oh, misspelt cleaning.....sorry.

I usually just refill with it's corresponding juice. First, blow out any remaining old juice and make sure there is no burnt smell. Wipe off the threads, place a condom and plug on and drip/spin to fill. If you'd rather try and clean them out completely and fill with a different flavor, there are many videos on how best to do this.

Yeah I could see that...Honestly, the amount of juice left from an old one, as long as it's not an extraordinarily strong flavor, doesn't affect the new flavor. I mean hell, I tried mixing a Coffee juice with a cocoa butter, half and half, and I could barely taste the cocoa butter...

I did clean out a bunch, the vast majority worked, but one just tastes like water (ie., the pipe, aha), and I'm pretty sure I filled it with something!
