I had this same experience when I had to clean the front porch last weekend... and the .... bucket had a nice helping of water in it. I was almost retching as I got ride of it... and THEN I had to pick up the butts that some how scattered around the yard. I had to was my hands with bleach when I was done just to get rid of the smell. ICK!

My daughter was the one to put a gun to my head to get me to quit smoking when I asked what she wanted as a gift for getting her MBA. We lost my beautiful wife several years ago, and she did not want to loose her other parent. I never smoked in the house, but in the garage and outside. I had one metal tin that I used and it was forgotten in one corner of the garage. While spring cleaning, I noticed it and popped the lid off.

There are not enough expletives in the English language to describe how bad it was. Now, smoke really annoys me but I try to keep my mouth shut.

Anyway, my social life has improved exponentially.
