Blisters in Mouth

Hi all,

I have noticed today that I have acquired two small ulcers in my mouth. I squeezed them and they were full of blood. I did my research and apparently after giving up smoking tobacco this is common. At least I hope this is the case as I recently changed e-liquid. But just in case I am switching back to my original e-liquid. But considering its my first month off tobacco, I am putting it down to that.

yeah, I read thats common. Your mouth just needs time to heal up after all the punishment it took!

Mouth ulcers are pretty common during the weeks after smoking cessation. I got a few. It's best to just leave them be. They will go away on their own.

I got ulcers like crazy when I started. Haven't had one in a long time though.

It's cause your mouth is in the process of getting used to the switch, happens to most people, i had a few on the inside of my cheeks. it'll go away in due time. just keep up the vaping.

I got a couple in the first 2 months after quitting cigarettes too. As far as I know it is a normal tobacco cessation symptom. In my case, I've had no problems since.

If it's bothersome or you're really worried go get it checked out. I take an L-lysine supplement for any type of canker sore.

There's always something crazy going on in my pie-hole since I started vaping and quit the Burning Sticks of Death. But it's not bothersome enough to make me give up vaping, that's not gonna happen any time soon!!

It happened to me too. Lasted a few weeks, then one morning I woke up and they were gone and I've been fine ever since. Quitting smoking is pretty traumatic for your body in the short term.

Actually,

The Glycol in ejuice is very dehydrating. It is an alcohol after all...

This can cause mouth irritation. Many users find that they can get past this... but if you don't you can try a blend that is heavier on the Glycerin which causes less irritation.

My 2 cents...

That is happening to me lately and it's been 8 months since I quit smoking and close to a year of vaping. I think I need to clean my drip tips more often than I do. I usually just use some mouth wash for a couple of days and they go away. I have one now and just did that before I go to bed.

its unfortunate but common. I have one between my gum and my cheek that I keep biting on accident! I keep forgetting its there and next thing I know im in pain!
