Yup - it's the reason I feel sorta okay about puffing on this thing all day. If real fags had a similar amount of nicotine I'd have been an 80 a day man...
Blood Pressure and E-Cigs

I also am on medication for hypertension and i went to get my BP taken on Friday which is exactly 2 weeks since i started smoking e cigs and nothing else.
My BP was taken by the Practice Nurse and my BP was down.
The high number (whatever that means) was down by only 5 points but the low number was down by 20 points which she said was the lowest it had ever been. I'm going to have blood tests next week and i'll probably have my BP checked again.
I did tell her i was using an e cig which she had never even heard of but then again you have to remember that i live in the North of Scotland which is about 10 years behind the rest of the UK.
