Please note, I posted this in the main forum and was advised to post here:

Ok, so I haven't had any problems with my bloog until today (But I've only had it for 1 week exactly). I charged it the entire night last night so I know it was 100%. On the drive to work, good vaping. I left it in the car for work (not too hot today or anything, about 68 out) and when I got in my car to drive home, the battery is DEAD.

I know people say a couple hours of battery life, but that should mean of vaping battery life, right? I can't imagine that means TOTAL, or does it?

Also, stupid question, but how the heck do i know when it's charged? I mean, it was on the charger (the wall one) for 8 hours overnight, so I know it HAD to be full and again, it worked perfectly in the morning. The little USB thing that plugs into the wall charger lights red, then every ten seconds or so, the "ash" LED blinks blue several times, then goes back to nothing, even after 8 hours.

Yes they're correct, it sounds like it's not charging. THe LED tip on the batt should stay lit while charging and go out when finished, and the USB LED should be steady red, and turn blue when finished.

One other tip to try is to gently pry the power post on the battery up with a pin. That might help it make better contact with the charger.

Sorry if this is a hijack, I was about to start a thread with the same title.

I charged up my battery (78mm if it matters) yesterday and put it in my case. I have other batteries, and since the Bloog looks so good I was saving it to run errands today. Got about an hours worth of use before the battery died.(Flashing led, no vapor).

This has happened before but I always assumed I forgot to charge it. If I use it within a few hours of charging, works like a champ. If I let it sit for a day, it lasts less than half of its normal charge?

Has anyone else noticed this? I really like the way it looks and works, but don't want to get caught out with a dead battery!

I think I may go back to just rotating 2 batteries. Seemed a lot easier, and once I get the new pass through :glare:(no pressure Leaford) then I will be set.

Ya know, now that you mention it... I've had a similar thing happen with my 78mm target style, where I thought for sure it was charged only to have it die after about an hour. I just chalked it up to me being absent minded. But maybe there's something to it. But that's only happened maybe once or twice, the other 60 times it charged and lasted the expected amount of time.

Funny Star, that is exactly what I did. This battery happens to be a 78mm target?? Hmmm? The plot thickens! LOL:confused:

I just noticed it this time because I specifically wanted to "be bloogin'" today! (is that a word??) So after it came off the charger yesterday morn, I set it in my case with a freshly refilled carto. Got 1 errand done today, and out of power!

Not a big deal mind you. I was trying to keep all of my batteries in rotation, but I guess I will just use two, and work in my spares as needed.

I've also had my 78mm battery do the three flash thing for no good reason once. It was charged, I swap my batteries almost every hour, or any time I switch carto's, and I always have the pcc charging. It's only ever done this once, hopefully just a fluke, but I was surprised that it just blinked and shut down instead of letting me vape it dead.

It hasn't happened since, so I Guess it's all good.

I had that happen to my battery, I thought I must have got juice in it to damage it someway. But read that sometimes the center post can get pushed down so I pulled the center post back up with tweezers. Now it works great. It just wasn't getting good connection and now I clean them more gently. ;)

Well I used the battery today and it worked perfectly. Like I said, it only seems to happen if it has been sitting longer than a day after being charged.

Since I am spending a lot of time at my puter these days, my batteries aren't getting the workout they initially did.

Oh well, not a big deal, just curious what everyone elses experience was. Now, how soon till the website is restocked!!! I've got my eye on some new goodies!!!:p

I'm doing the same. Ordered 78mm MaxxFusion. The site didn't tell me the maxx's were sold out, and just sent me the regular fusion telling me they'd send the maxx when it was back in stock. Nice gesture, but they REALLYshould have told me it was sold out before I ordered as I've now been waiting almost 2 weeks for the maxx. I've since switched to Volt And their customer service is simply superb, with an online chat. I'm done with Bloog.
