Bloog- Buyer Beware

I bought a Bloog MaxxFusion around March 23rd. After using it exclusively with Bloog Cartos, the battery malfunctioned. It took me about 5 days to get a response from customer service, and was told that juice had probably entered the battery. Since the only thing I had used was the cartos that came with it, I asked if I ought to return those as well-was told no.
2 weeks came and went- I asked about the status of my order and got this response on April 23

Called Mike and finally was told I would have to either take another color battery or wait 10 days- took another battery-
Finally received replacement battery today, April 27- minus cartos, apology, coupon or any other gesture of accountability.

When I emailed Mike to tell him of my disappointment with above, here is the response I got:

It didn't work out? I'm out 50 bucks (the new battery is nowhere near the voltage of the original) and the vendor says 'it didnt work out?'

BUYER BEWARE!!!!!!! My Bloog is going where it belongs- in the trash!

By the way, folks, I RESORTED to PM, after initial emails and phone calls to Bloog's 800 number went unanswered. Leaford suggested that I try contacting this person.

Bull! I answered every one of your emails and calls so dont lie to look like the victim. You lied to us about your battery and failed to mention that you leaked juice into it and killed it.
