If you want to be put on ignore just try dealing with customer service at Bloog.
The first of April I emailed asking about returning 2 defective batteries. I got no reply to that email so I emailed again a week later and then called asking where to send the defective batteries. Someone at Bloog finally replied where to send the batteries. The batteries were sent back to Bloog April 7th.
No refund - no exchange during the last month so I started emailing and calling last week and again this morning - and absolutely da nada replies. They don't answer their phone - they don't reply to emails.
Sucks
And then the irony... I get an email ad from Bloog this afternoon for cartos on sale. Like I'm going to buy from them ever again. What especially sucks is that I've spent over $300 with them these last months buying for myself, family and friends. You'd think that would account for giving some kind of customer service.
wtf is all. I'll spend elsewhere for what we need.
