Is there a reason that none of the claims were changed as you insisted would be done with the new site?

Your claims are extremely hypocritical of your position in ECA, and go against your own 'guidelines'. Why were the claims not changed with the new site?

Why do you still insist to lie and make false claims on your site? It is actions such as your own and your Company, which will be finishing strides towards a ban..

Edit: to clarify there was only issue with one statement made on a previous video title as well as 1 testimonial....which is what was discussed ....in reference to what you are saying below...both have been removed

When a company Publicly states that as of Monday April 20th, their site would be removed of all claims, I would expect such to be done. Publicly.

What happened to transparency? Why does everything need to be conducted privately behind a veil, closed doors, and PMs? I chose to respond, with a comments and questions, in the forum. Nothing should need to be hidden.

I did not state i was removing all "claims" in general....does Mcdonalds have to prove they have the juiciest big mac?

The thread you were reading was talking about 1 video name...with the word healthier...which was a mistake in the first place and should not have been there... and 1 testimonial that although was not a claim made by bloog, we agreed with everyone and took it down...

You have not had your product tested in any way, you have no right to make claims of carcinogen content, tar content, or any of the like.

McDonalds also does not make claims of whether their food makes you obese/overweight, crave more, give you heart conditions, and whether is carcinogen or tar free.

Those are Medical/Health claims, how can this be clarified further?

I do notice those other few problems were removed/altered, which is a step forward. There are still many other discrepancies in my opinion.

We do know every ingredient in the juice and the materials. None of them are known to be carcinogens. We have the testing results. We are in the process of having them repeated in the US.

and yes this is specific to our product.

ecigs do not burn. Hence there are no carcinogens. There is no tar.
Those are not health claims, they are facts. To me it is just common sense. I am suprised that you arent complaining that they "claim" there are no ashes...
give me a break.

That speaks volumes. Thank you.

The testing was not done in the US, where the product is being marketed and sold under such claims. The testing cannot be valid to a Company selling under such in the US.

When the testing is completed in the US, under US recognized agencies, be my guest to shout it from the rooftops. I will as well! In the meantime please remove invalid statements.

Have you done the tests? Do you know? Until such, please refrain from making assumptions, and pinning 'common sense' to unscientific unsubstantiated data.

It was common sense that cigarettes and tobacco were harmless, for years. Until the actual testing, and scientific results proved otherwise..

The ECA will have rules regarding members marketing. At which time the ECA is officially formed and my application is submitted...yes even though I am an acting member I too must still apply....I will make any changes immediately the ECA rules necessary to my marketing.
