i have been having a bad week with defective equiptment from ecig vendors being
Sent my way. My latest order was no different, i had a wall plug completly fall apart
On me as i was unplugging it from the wall, it was actually kind of scary having a small
Piece still plugged in, lights still on the charger and ecig and the electronic board hangig
from it all....anyway sent an email to bloogplanet.com....the next morning i not only
Got a prompt reply with a personal apology but a followup email informing me that a
Shipment from bloog had been sent with my replacement part.

Does Customer Service get any better than that?? I have ordered from many many different
Online ecig vendors and have had more returns this week then i ever had entirely and am still
Dealing with some now, and none of them have treated me with such great service and as promptly as
bloogplanet.com has. I was so blown away that i now know i will consolidate my future orders
To bloog and support thoose who back up the products they sell.
